ABOUT / HIDAYAH GOH

I’m a brand marketing professional focused on strategy, creativity, and data-driven insights, bringing structure to fast-moving markets.

I’ve led campaigns that strengthen brand equity, fuel growth, and build meaningful audience connections across digital, social, product, and real-world touchpoints.

My background blends brand strategy, digital content, app marketing, multi-channel campaigns, email, and UX. I thrive at the intersection of creativity and data, crafting experiences that resonate emotionally while delivering measurable results.

At SNKRDUNK, I drove brand marketing initiatives that helped scale the Japan-founded tech startup from APAC into North America and Australia, boosting user acquisition and engagement across diverse markets.

Previously at IMC Live Global, I led creative and design direction for marketing and festival campaigns, shaping experiences that strengthened brand presence and deepened audience connection. At ViacomCBS (now Paramount), I managed channel strategy and scheduling for MTV Asia and MTV China, streamlining multi-market campaigns and ensuring consistent and purpose-driven brand messaging.

With a B.Comm in Global Media Communication and Web Communication, along with training from the Intercultural Development Institute (ICDI), I bring strong intercultural competence. This includes multicultural teamwork, communication, and negotiation, which allows me to navigate global brand challenges with clarity and cultural sensitivity.

Outside the office, I compete in HYROX, stay active through fitness, and immerse myself in fine arts. Discipline, focus, and creativity are my north stars, on and off the clock.
